Terms and Conditions for WHIN Illustration Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning work, receiving a draft, or purchasing a file from WHIN, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the order.2. Payment and Refund Policy
No Refunds After the initial draft: Once the rough draft or preliminary sketch is delivered to the Client, no refunds for the initial payment if ( 3 partial payment methods are used | if full payment, 60% will be refunded )
Work is considered "in progress" from the moment the order is placed. The delivery of the rough draft signifies that the Artist has invested time and creative effort. The File will be delivered via Discord/Gmail/Pixiv Request3. Usage Rights & Licensing
Upon full/partial payment, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final illustration. This license is subject to the following strict restrictions:
❌ No Reupload: The artwork may not be reuploaded, reposted, or redistributed to any third-party platform, stock image site, or file-sharing service.
❌ No Rebranding: The artwork may not be altered to remove the artist's signature, watermark, or attribution. It is strictly forbidden to rebrand the work as your own or claim ownership.
❌ No Commercial Sale: The artwork cannot be used to sell products (e.g., merchandise, prints, digital goods) or for any commercial purpose without a separate, written commercial licensing agreement.
❌ No Branding Use: The illustration cannot be used as part of a logo, brand identity, or primary branding assets. It is for personal or editorial use only unless otherwise licensed.
❌ No Posting Without Source: The artwork cannot be posted on social media, websites, or portfolios without explicitly crediting WHIN as the source. Required Credit: "Art by WHIN" or "@WHIN" with a link to the original source.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the artwork (including sketches, drafts, and final files) remain the exclusive property of WHIN. The Client acquires no ownership rights to the underlying intellectual property, only the limited usage license described above.Contact

Procedures
1. Provide any reference that can be used for the illustration
2. 20% of the payment must be sent before starting; once I start the sketch, it cannot be refunded. so it will be 20% for sketch, 30% for colored or lineart 50% for rendering and final output
3. Illustrations with complex details might take a lot of time to do. But please be ensured that I will guarantee you that your commission is in progress
and please don't hesitate to ask or progress
4. Revision can be change for 3 times more than that will have a fee
